Shipping, downloads and returns

This page sums up how you receive your order and what to do if there is a problem. The full rules are set out in our terms and conditions of sale.

Digital products (PDF)

• Immediate download: as soon as the payment is accepted, the confirmation page shows a “Download my PDF” button. The link is also included in the order confirmation email.
• No delivery charge: the price shown is the total price.
• Keep your file: save it to your device; the download link remains usable as long as the order has not been refunded.
• Printing: the file opens in any standard PDF reader and can be printed on a home printer, as many times as needed for the use permitted by its licence.

No withdrawal after download

Before ordering a file, you ask to receive it immediately and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (tick box on the product page): a file therefore cannot be “returned”.

However, if the file is defective, incomplete or does not match its description, the legal guarantee of conformity applies: write to us with your order number, and we will provide you with a conforming file or, failing that, refund you.

Physical products

• Delivery countries: France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom and the United States.
• Delivery time: before you order, the product page shows the expected delivery period (“Delivered between … and …”). This is our delivery commitment.
• Shipping costs: included in the price shown.
• Dispatch: the product is shipped directly by our supplier. Where the carrier provides a tracking number, we send it to you by email.
• Late parcel: if your parcel has not arrived by the end of the period shown, write to us with your order number. Your remedies are set out in section 7 of our terms of sale.

Changed your mind? 14 days to withdraw

1. Let us know within 14 days of receiving the product, by email or by post, using our withdrawal form if you wish.
2. Send the product back within 14 days of your message, to the address we give you. You pay the cost of returning it.
3. We will refund the full price paid, including delivery, no later than 14 days after your request, using the same means of payment. The refund may be withheld until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent.

Defective or non-conforming product

A product that is damaged, defective or different from its description is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery. Write to us with your order number and, if possible, a photo: the product will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you, or refunded in the cases provided for by law (section 9 of our terms of sale).
