This translation is provided for your convenience. If it differs from the French version, the French version prevails.

You can use this form to withdraw from the purchase of a physical product within 14 days of receiving it, under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation). Using it is not compulsory: an email or letter clearly stating your decision is enough.

It does not apply to digital files (PDF) for which you requested immediate download and waived your right of withdrawal (Article L221-28(13)).
